Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the device in its original double-walled factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to ensure safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our receiving department.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
